Herno
Herno is an Italian brand born in 1948 from the initiative of Giuseppe Marenzi and Alessandra Diana, in a territory marked by the presence of water, rain, and humidity. This environmental condition precisely directs the project from the beginning towards garments capable of protecting against atmospheric agents: the first raincoat was born from a cotton treated to increase water resistance. From this functional matrix develops a culture of outerwear based on experimentation, lightness, protection, and construction precision.
Over time Herno expands its language maintaining central the relationship between aesthetics and performance. Down jackets, jackets, coats, field jackets, and overcoats coexist with natural materials and technical fabrics, processed to obtain comfort, mobility, and protection without weighing down the silhouette. Lines like Laminar express this research particularly evidently, applying membranes, technical constructions, and functional solutions to a contemporary urban wardrobe.
