Returns & Refunds policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Setaccio!
If for any reason you wish to make a return, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery. You can return your entire order or just a portion of it.
You will find a printed Return Form inside your package. To ensure the timely processing of your request, we kindly ask you to fill out the form and select your preferred return option: Size/Color/Model Exchange, Digital Store Credit (+5% Bonus) or Refund.
RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Original condition: unworn, unwashed and free of any signs of use or scents.
- Complete: all original tags, labels, security seals and accessories must be included.
- Footwear: soles must be in pristine, unmarked condition. All footwear must be returned in its original designer box, which is considered an integral part of the product. The designer box cannot be used as the outer shipping container; it must be placed inside another protective box for the return shipment.
- Hygiene: swimwear and underwear must be tried on over your own undergarments.
- Exclusions: custom-made, personalized or "Made to Measure" items are non-returnable.
Setaccio reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with these terms or to apply a restoration fee if items are returned in sub-optimal condition. Furthermore, returns must be pre-authorized; unauthorized shipments will not be accepted.

HOW TO RETURN – EU CUSTOMERS (excluding Italy)
- Request your return: log in to your reserved area via this link, select the relevant order and choose the items you wish to return.

Choose your shipping preference: in the notes section, please specify if you would like Setaccio to manage your return shipment or if you prefer to handle it independently.
- ➔ Option A: return managed by Setaccio. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. The shipment will be fully managed, insured and guaranteed by us. Please note: if you request a refund, the return shipping cost (equal to the outbound fee) will be deducted from your total.
- ➔ Option B: independent shipment. You may use a courier of your choice at your own expense. In this case, no shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. However, Setaccio cannot provide insurance coverage and will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or delays during transit.
- Receive your label: if you choose Option A, our Customer Care team will email you the pre-paid shipping label. You must ship the return using the designated courier. Alternatively, you may arrange the return shipment independently.
- Pack & include form: complete the Return Form included in your package and place it inside the box with the items. This is essential to ensure the timely processing of your request.
HOW TO RETURN – INTERNATIONAL (Non-EU & UK)
If you are located outside the EU, please note that—to ensure strict customs compliance—all return shipments must be managed exclusively through our system. For this reason, independent returns cannot be accepted.
- Request your return: log in to your reserved area via this link, select the relevant order and choose the items you wish to return.
- Check your inbox and spam folder for a confirmation email with next steps.

Shipping label: our team will email you the return shipping label. You must use only our designated courier and the documents provided by us.
➔ Please note: for refund requests, the return shipping cost (equal to the outbound fee) will be deducted from your total. Furthermore, original customs duties are non-refundable. - Pack & ship: complete the Return Form included in your package and place it inside the box with the items. This is essential to ensure the timely processing of your request.
THE RETURN OPTIONS
When making a return, you can choose from the following options:
- Size / Color / Model Exchange: You may exchange your item for a different size, color or model. If there is a price difference between the items, our Customer Care team will assist you with the adjustment. By choosing this option, both the return and the re-shipment are complimentary (fully covered by Setaccio). Furthermore — exclusive to our non-EU customers — no additional customs duties will be charged for the delivery of your replacement item.

Digital Store Credit (+5% bonus): get more value from your return! Choose the digital store credit and receive a store credit equal to your return value plus an additional 5% bonus. This credit never expires.
Note: we offer this bonus as a token of trust toward our community; we kindly ask for your fair cooperation in using this option responsibly. If you use this digital store credit for a subsequent online order, in case of a return of that new order you may request a new digital store credit but without any additional bonus. -
Refund: a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of your package being processed at our warehouse.
Deductions (exclusive to our non-EU customers): as stated in the "How to return - international" section, the refund will be net of return shipping costs and non-refundable customs duties paid at purchase.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS: WHAT TO DO
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and provide photographic proof before initiating the return. In such cases, Setaccio will issue a full refund for the items and cover all return shipping costs.
