Orders
No, to make a purchase it is not necessary to register on the site. The order can be concluded as a "Guest".
It depends on the geographical area, deliveries in Italy are made in 24/48 hours except for mistakes by our courier partner. For shipments throughout the European Union, deliveries take place in 2/3 working days. For shipments outside Europe, up to a maximum of 6 days. We advise you to consult the appropriate table in the Shipping area” in order to know the precise times relating to your country.
Unless expressly requested by the Customer, the items will be incorporated into a single order to guarantee a better delivery service and reduce the probability of parcels or deliveries being mixed up on different days and times.
Shipping and returns
Make sure you enter all the data correctly when completing the order; this will allow you to receive an email from our automated shipping system “ShippyPro” to monitor the progress of your package.
We use the following couriers: TNT, FEDEX, DHL, UPS, GLS, CDEK.
Throughout Italy, returns are free, i.e. all costs relating to shipping are paid by Sieve.
For all other countries, with the exception of Italy, returns are subject to payment. You will receive an estimate by e-mail of the cheapest shopping that we can reserve for you, it will be up to you to choose whether to use our pick-up service or whether to proceed with the return independently.
If, once you try on the garment, you are not satisfied or it is not the correct size, you can open a return request by entering your Personal Area. The possibilities that await you are only the following: return for refund, for size exchange or for store credit to be used for a future purchase. Once you have chosen the desired option, you will receive the Waybill within 24 hours to affix to the shipment. We strongly advise you to specify your preferences for collecting the package by indicating it in the notes field once you open the return procedure. For example: do you want to take the package directly to the POINT closest to you? Or, do you want us to book the collection on a specific day?
In the event that Sieve quality control notices tampering with the returned item or use of the same or the lack of any tag, a lower amount will be reimbursed based on the damage suffered or the return without the possibility of reimbursement in case of obvious use of the boss. If one of these events should occur, you will be contacted by email by our customer service.
An immediate refund is a priority for us, you can receive it already on the day of receipt of the return or at the latest in the following 48 hours.
Payment Methods / Pricing
The payment methods are as follows: PayPal, Scalapay, credit cards through the Shopify Payments manager, bank transfer and cash on delivery to be paid to the courier upon delivery (Italy only).
Italian VAT, at 22%, is always included for all EU countries. The Customer will not have to pay any other amount in addition to the price of the item and the shipping (where due).
If the Customer accesses the site from a country outside the EU, the prices are automatically displayed with Italian VAT totally deducted. By receiving this tax benefit, the Customer will subsequently be required to pay customs duties depending on the country of destination.
US Customers do not pay any customs duties up to 800 USD of order, totally benefiting from VAT exemption and no duty payment.
Customer service
To access the user area it is necessary to enter a valid email address: once your email address has been entered, the user will receive an email with a six-digit temporary code that he must enter to access. When you log in for the first time, your customer account is created automatically.
It is not necessary to set a password.
Yes, you can access your personal area and make the necessary changes. We advise you to fill in all the required fields, even the non-mandatory ones, in order to receive personalized promotions during the season.
Yes, customer care is a priority for us. In the event of problems not caused by abnormal use of the garment or by incorrect washing management, you can contact us by e-mail by writing "Order number and the problem with the garment" in the subject line, accompanying the message with appropriate photographic documentation.
In the event that upon opening the package you notice that the garment has defects, we ask you to promptly contact customer assistance, accompanying the e-mail with appropriate photographic documentation.
No, discount coupons cannot be combined with the exception of express communications that you can receive via newsletter at certain times of the year.

Yes, we will always try to satisfy the requests received.
Yes, we will do our best to find the missing size as quickly as possible and, in agreement with the Customer, upload it online so that it can then be purchased.
Yes, it is possible to request customizations such as tailoring changes, initials on the shirts and much more. The costs will be communicated to the Customer based on the specific requests.
