Essensi is a brand of knitwear and contemporary ready-to-wear born from a precise idea: transforming unused yarns - cones destined for discard, different in color, quality and thickness - into garments that enhance the material and its uniqueness. Recovery, authenticity and respect for materials are at the heart of the brand, which reads imperfection as an expressive resource and not as a flaw.
Knitwear is the heart of the research: textures, fiber blends and material constructions define a recognizable language, for a non-standardized wardrobe.
Presented among the new names of Pitti Uomo 109, Essensi develops men’s and women’s collections.
The Essensi men’s selection on Setaccio brings this vision into Italian Made knitwear in blends of wool, mohair, viscose and alpaca: garments with a strong material identity, between creative recovery, quality and daily use.
