SHIPPING TERMS
ILSETACCIO dispatches free of charge by courier UPS to Italy, San Marino, Città del Vaticano.

The delivery times of the expeditions are the following:
- Italia: 1/2 working days
- Europe: 1/2 working days
- World Zone 1: 3/4 working days
- Rest of the World: 4/6 working days

According to actual commercial regulations, all deliveries from ILSETACCIO are accompanied by commercial invoices in Euro which show the value of each item and also discount in case provided.
ILSETACCIO delivers the goods to the address which is indicated in the purchase form.

DELIVERY TIMES
Orders are dispatched by ILSETACCIO from Monday to Friday on working hours 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. In case of orders received after 5 p.m. on Friday and during the week-end, orders will be processed on following Monday.
In case of available items, dispatch will be processed immediately on the following working day.
During sale period dispatch may be delayed.
ILSETACCIO exercises the right to postpone any dispatch in case of unscheduled and unpredictable events.

DISPATCH TRACKING
When goods are dispatched, customers receive a confirmation by e-mail with a tracking number and a link to courier’s homepage to monitor the delivery.
In case of delivery delay due to Customs or dispatch, customers will be informed by courier and/or ILSETACCIO.

ORDERS DELIVERY
When goods have been delivered, the recipient shall inspect the parcel before signing for it. In case of any damage to the package the recipient shall refuse delivery or sign for it as damaged.
In case of damage to the sealing tape, the recipient shall refuse delivery or sign for it as damaged.
In case of delivery acceptance with no indication of damage, no further complaint will be accepted by ILSETACCIO.
The customers entering a purchase order to ILSETACCIO sign a commercial agreement and is obliged to receive the ordered goods.
In case no delivery is possible due incorrect shipping details (such as wrong delivery address, recipients’ absence or wrong telephone number) or if recipients refuses the delivery for any other case not previously mentioned, dispatch and Customs duties are at the customers’ expenses.
ILSETACCIO shall not be considered responsible in case of delay to be caused by the courier and unscheduled and unpredictable events such as strike, transport issues, weather condition.
In such cases, customers will be promptly informed.
RESPONSIBILITY AFTER DELIVERY

In the event that delivery is certified by the courier through recipient signature or photographic evidence of the parcel delivered at the indicated address, ilsetaccio.com shall be fully released from any further liability regarding loss, theft, or unavailability of the item.

This clause is in line with Article 63 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), which states that "in contracts where the seller is responsible for delivering goods to the consumer, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers to the consumer only when they, or a third party designated by them and different from the carrier, physically acquire possession of the goods".
Therefore, once a certified delivery is confirmed, the transfer of responsibility to the customer is considered completed.
