THE BRAND
Roberto Collina
A family brand that was born in a small knitwear workshop in the post-war period and that over the years has managed to reach a global caliber through innovative machinery and constant investments in staff training.
Initially intended for a German market and Northern Europe, the small workshop soon became the virtuous center of a territory that is changing its production vocation to get ready to become the beating heart of the Italian knitwear system.
After the first collaborations with the most important Italian fashion houses we arrive in the early 80s when the young Roberto Collina, son of the founders, decides to give his name to a capsule collection of 33 men's sweaters presented at Pitti Uomo that mark the official debut of the company in the international fashion scene.
Synonymous with quality and innovation, the essence of the brand is summarized in a game of experimentation whose synergy leads to an idea of pure style in the lines but sophisticated and complex in the realization. The aesthetic that guides the brand's signature is sensitive and refined and translates into an elegant attitude that elevates simplicity to purity and reduces luxury to essentiality.
