Gry & Sif is a Danish decoration brand born in 2001 from the experience of Gry and her sister Sif during a trip to Nepal. The encounter with the local culture and the tradition of felt processing leads to the idea of combining Scandinavian design and Nepalese craftsmanship. The collections are designed in Denmark and handmade in Nepal by specialized artisans, transforming natural wool into small decorative objects characterized by soft shapes, delicate colors, and a strong narrative component.

The main material is New Zealand wool, processed through traditional felting techniques. Each decoration is handmade and may therefore present slight differences, an integral part of the artisanal character of the product. The project is also linked to Fair Trade principles: Gry & Sif has been certified since 2009 and collaborates with Nepalese artisans guaranteeing regulated working conditions, wages, and support programs. Productive ethics and design are therefore not treated as separate aspects.

The Gry & Sif selection on Setaccio consists of decorative objects in pure wool felt, all made in Nepal. Reindeer, mice, snowmen, nutcrackers, trees, and hanging decorations create a universe particularly suitable for the Christmas period. Alongside the larger figures are small elements in knitwear and felt, such as skates, gloves, and gingerbread, designed to decorate trees, tables, and domestic environments.

Gry & Sif on Setaccio thus represents a meeting between Nordic aesthetics and manual work. Each object carries with it the value of artisanal imperfection and a supply chain explicitly oriented towards Fair Trade, offering a home decoration capable of combining warmth, storytelling, and productive responsibility.
