Portuguese Flannel is a family-run Portuguese brand, based in Guimarães, which has been passing down textile craftsmanship for four generations. Founded by António e Manuel Magalhães, the house has made the artisanal shirt its strength: flannel, overshirt, jacquard shirts, corduroy, all made with precious materials locally produced with traditional methods.

Not chasing fleeting trends, Portuguese Flannel is inspired by the coastal and mountain communities of Portugal, by the “real” life made of daily challenges, turning this inspiration into timeless, authentic, comfortable, and long-lasting quality design.

Each garment is sewn in workshops around Guimarães, using fabrics selected for softness (especially in flannel), durability, and comfort. The result is premium shirts, overshirts, and outerwear that fit well, last for years, and tell a story: that of Portuguese textile tradition.
